Letters from Paul Hopkins (1968)
Paul Hopkins, a young Australian architect working in Kenzo Tange’s office, was the go-between and local contact connecting Boyd with the fourteen architects featured in New Directions. In a lively series of letters they corresponded about the book’s progress and the state of architecture in late-60s Japan.
